Grandes letras VI

Hola a todos !Como viene siendo habitual cada semana, nueva entrada en el blog de la sección correspondiente a "Grandes letras".
Esta vez le toca al turno a un artista ya consagrado, un artista que en largo recorrido musical nos ha dejado grandes canciones, siempre con su particular voz. Se trata de Phil Collins.
Este londinense polifacético (bateria, cantante, compositor e incluso actor), inicio su singladura como bateria de grupos como Hickory y Flaming Youth. En 1970 se incorporó a Genesis y pasados unos años (1981), inicio su trayectoria en solitario sin dejar de lado al grupo. También ha colaborado en muchas ocasiones con numerosos artistas, como por ejemplo Eric Clapton, Robert Plant, Brand X, ... También son conocidas sus aportaciones a la factoría Disney, acaparando éxitos como la BSO de Tarzan y Tierra de osos.
Pues bien, la canción que eligo para "Grandes letras" de este artista es True Colors, una canción que ha sufrido numerosas versiones de la original (la versión original es de Cyndi Lauper) pero particularmente me decanto por la versión del artista londinense. Cuestión de gustos.
